4 weeks of schoool!

okay, so i have 4 weeks to lose as much as possible and still do well on my exams.

i can do it.
just went for a run and did some sit ups leg things too.

i will not eat dinner.

tomorrow i will eat:
an orange for breakfast.
no lunch (just water)
another piece of fruit at some point.
and nothing for dinner.

i can do it.

My body has gotten embarassingly gross and fat.
after my mum realised i wasnt eating (as much) when i was at 112, she forced me to eat and checked my hisotry when i went on the internet.
however she is away for a while, and so fuck, i feel fat- i just want to vomit when i look at myself.

gw2- 115
and so on.

today i succeeded and only ate fruit (well one veggie, but its better than carbs)

i have a bit over a month until my formal and i need to be thinner.

i havnt even bought my dress yet because am so scared i'll look fat in it. well i will, but ughhh

on the bright side i am just about to celebrate one month ( yes, not long at all) with a boy- who is wonderful.

time to finish my english draft.

Since i began actually restricting and going to the gym/pilates this is the progresss

Weight on Sunday: 131 lbs

Weight today: 123.6 lbs

Im SOOO HAPPY!

my goal is 110 by the third of May (im going to a formal/prom and all the girls there will be skinny  as!)

I am trying to keep to 500 cals/day (i have succeeded so far)  which has been pretty good, plus i have been taking vitamins and a caffine tablet every morning plus atleast 45 mins of cross trainer/bike/weights at the gym every day and between 30-15 mins of pilates at home.

if i reach my goal before then does anyone have tips on making sure i dont put on the wieght again bwith a biiigg binge?

I havnt been on in ages and i feel so fucking fat.

my computers hard disc died and i couldn't use mums cause she would see...

BUT- now i have it back and with all the support you lovely girls (and guys) give i CAN reach my goals.

btw if you are in AUS im going to be on ABC1 9am tomorrow morning! wooo!

i weighed myself this morning and ( BECAUSE OF MY MUM MAKING ME EAT DINNER!!) i havnt lost anything after what was meant to be an 100 cal day!

i should have purged it- im so angry at myself!

today its 400 cals max- im going to keep it at 300 and go to the gym work off atleast 700cals.


stupid mother.

Going strong- im on 100 cals today cause i swiched it around a bit.

1/6 cup of museli- 50 cals

carrot- 20 cals

egg white- 16 cals

half and apple- 16 cals

vegetable broth- 3 cals

and burnt 500 cals at gym/dance class


im now 123.2 (down 4 pounds over night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- day three was a good one!)

I think it's everyone here that gets me through the days- and i want to thank you all!
i sit in class wanting to tell you how well im doing!

i love you all- and am thinking thinner because of you!

Its wierd, people have said that abc is hard to stick too, but maybe im a freak cause im sticking like super glue (well i lie, i went a little over- but madeit up with gyymmm!)

so i woke up early (5 am) and i didnt mean to! so i went for a run/walk around my block (goodbye 170 cals)

and got home and ate 1/3 cup of museli with half an apple in it (130 cals)

at school i ate carrot/apple/wheat crispie with vmite = 160 cals

then i had dance class for an hour (estimted 180 cals burnt)

After School i went to the gym and burnt 600 cals!

although mum made me eat some soup (60 cals :()

930 burnt
350 eaten

i think im doing well!

although i was only down .6 of a pound today thoughhh :(

now 127.2lbs

im swapping my abc around a bit so i fast every saturday as its easier (no school) and i have an exam on thurs so im doing my 100 tomorrow!

any tips on a brekky that is a bit filling and not to high cal?

trying to keep it 40ishhh

pretty damn good day considering my friend was over (she doesnt know) and we had sausages for dinner

basicly i was living on green tea

Breakfast
1/3 cup of museli  110cals

Lunch
2x carrot   60cals (30 each)

Snack
V'mite sandwich (one slice of wholemeal bread no butter) 79 cals

Dinner
1 veggie sausage 85 cals

total 355 cals!

thats like 145 under!!

and i burnt probably 400 cals on the trampoline and doing exercises! YESYESYES!
i cant wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning- then gym after school--- :D

i think i'll pack my lunch now and only bring bus money so i dont splurge on the canteeeen!

Last Night

I was doing great till last night!

i didnt go over my day one (500 cal) limit but i wish i hadnt gotten up to it!

i went to a gathering thing and it was kinda crap so i didnt drink anything except orange juice, but my friend made me eat some pasta (which i was trying to avoid) and i calculated that i ate 200 cals in that, then i ate one bite of an apple!

so i was about 450 for the day, but before that it would have been 250 so i was kind of annoyed at myself.

On the bright side i burnt about 600 cals in the run i did then also on the walk i took back home!


DAY 2 HERE I COME!

oh and i weighed myself and im down 3 pounds already!

im not eating till 2 o'clock!

im wondering if anyone had any tips on energy pills/drink?

WOW! i have stuck to everything

i woke up and didnt eat my 1/3 cup ot museli untill like 10 and its one now and i havnt eaten anything since!
i also went for a run burnt 500 cal- heck yess!

i wont eat the next thing on my list (a slice of bread and tomato/rocket) till 1 30 and then skip dinner and just eat an apple!

i feel excited!

any one know any low cal alcohol? vodka straight?

time to write an english draaaaft eww.

Well, today after eating easter eggs, feeling sick, purging and weighing myself  (138!!!!) i have decided to begin the ABC tomorrow!
and- because if i dont i will probably binge- i am going to write out what i will eat so as not to maximise calories!
Day One 500 cal maxx

Breakfast
1/3 cup of museli- 110

Lunch
1 slice of multigrain bread- 70
with (2 slices) tomato and rocket- 8, 4

Snack
Apple- 72

Dinner
Leaving 230 for whatever mum tries to feed me!

I CAN DO IT!

i will go to the gym and work off 500 cal + as well!
